Mineral Raw Material Processing

We manage the complete processing chain at our facilities, including drying, grinding, classification and homogenisation, in order to tailor each product to its specific industrial application.
We also provide packaging and dispatch in a range of formats, with controlled specifications and assured continuity of supply.

Manufacture of 99.9% Zinc Oxide

We produce 99.9% zinc oxide using the French process (indirect process) for highly demanding applications, with GMP certification.

Global Marketing of Raw Materials for Industry

We market raw materials internationally through representation agreements with leading mines and producers across a broad range of product categories.

1950
The origins of what is now Mario Pilato Blat S.A. began within a trading company.

Initially dedicated to supplying raw materials for the manufacture of soaps, varnishes and paints, the business subsequently expanded into the ceramic and glass industries.
1976
Mario Pilato Blat S.A. was incorporated, focusing its activity on the import and sale of minerals and raw materials, primarily for the ceramic frit and glaze, glass, refractory, foundry, fertiliser, detergent and chemical industries, among others.
Today
As pioneers in the import and processing of minerals for industry, we continue to grow in line with market demand, particularly driven by the strong development of the ceramic industry in Spain.
