At MARIO PILATO BLAT S.A., we process the information provided to us by interested individuals for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process.

The data will be deleted upon request by the data subject, or one year after the last interaction with that data subject.

We are providing you with the legal basis for the processing of your data:

  • Processing necessary for the implementation, at the employee’s request, of pre-contractual measures or the intention to enter into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Express consent from the data subject in the event that psychometric, personality, or psychological tests are administered to candidates. (Articles 6.1(a) and 9.2(a) of the GDPR)

7. What are your rights when you provide us with your personal information?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not MARIO PILATO BLAT S.A. is processing personal data concerning them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
